On November 3, 2009, Imperial Resources, Inc. (the "Company") issued a stock dividend to shareholders of record on November 2, 2009 whereby the Company will issue sixty-five (65) shares of its common stock for each share of common stock held by such shareholders. Shareholders of the Company entitled to the stock dividend will be mailed a stock certificate representing the additional shares without any further action on their part.
