| AP LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Aecom Technology Corp., a provider of technical and management support services to businesses and government agencies, said Monday that Vice Chairman Raymond (Ray) W. Holdsworth plans to retire Dec. 4. Before he was named vice chairman in 2005, Holdsworth served as president of the Los Angeles company. He also served as a group chief executive and president of DMJM, an AECOM legacy company. Holdsworth joined AECOM in 1992, after beginning his career with DMJM in 1981. CEO John M. Dionisio said Holdsworth will continue in a consulting role. Shares rose 31 cents to $27.39 in afternoon trading.l
